Hey Friends,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Resurrection Day! It was a great day to spend with friends and family. The sunrise service was so beautiful, except for the wind, but all of the smiling faces made up for it! Thank you Elaine and Pastor John for leading that service. Also thank you to those who brought yummy treats to share with each other after the time of worship.

Easter Sunday service was beautiful. The smiles, the singing from our amazing choir, the laughter and yes, a few tears as we said our formal farewell to our beloved pastor and family. But God… He is always here and always working in our midst. The time might look a little challenging and uncertain right now, BUT GOD has a plan. I am blessed to be able to lead our service on Sunday and we will talk about how in our weakness, HE is strong. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good.

Please join us this Sunday for our celebration of Jesus’ procession into Jerusalem, as well as a remembrance of His passion. For those of you so inclined, I am also holding a reading of the Passion narrative at 5pm on Good Friday. I sincerely hope to see you at both! God bless.
